Lead Generation Coordinator

AREA203 Marketing is looking for a Lead Generation Coordinator to join our quickly expanding team. We are interested in hiring an experienced individual who will provide reconciliation, tracking, and communication support for the lead generation channel. This person will answer directly to the Lead Generation Program Manager.

Essential Functions:

  1. Reconcile lead generation partner results with internal reporting
  2. Reconcile and track monthly invoices and payments
  3. Create and maintain lead generation training guide
  4. Monitor filters for program violations
  5. Maintain logs on receipt of required forms and signatures
  6. Work on documenting and updating procedures and processes
  7. Review and respond to inquiries regarding the program
  8. Develop and implement process improvements
  9. Attend and participate in team meetings, training seminars and workshops
  10. Perform research studies as needed
  11. Additional duties as assigned

Skills Required:

  1. Proficiency in MS Office, general knowledge of Internet and online services
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication
  3. Exceptionally organized self-starter who can work independently, execute quickly, meet deadlines, and move to the next task
  4. Must be able to manage and organize multiple projects at one time
  5. Resolve complex challenges in a professional and timely manner
  6. Results oriented
  7. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  8. Can work with minimal direct supervision
  9. Ability to learn and contribute quickly
  10. Strong decision making/problem solving skills
  11. Ability to analyze potential opportunities and program effectiveness

Experience Required:

  1. Bachelor’s degree
  2. Intermediate to advanced experience using Microsoft Excel
  3. Experience tracking program metrics
  4. Experience in the lead generation channel is a plus
